How to extract all my project details using REST API.

We have a requirement to pull all our projects and its related details ex: Issues, Status, Created , last updated etc and load it into Snowflake Database.   We have tried to pull data using few API's mentioned in the below url related to Projects. 

docs.atlassian.com/jira-software/REST

But none of them are giving the desired output.  Can you please help us sharing the API that can help us to pull my project related details.

But for retrieving Issues, you would need another one. I would use JQL searcher and then loop over results with this API:

JQL Search API:
https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-jql/#api-rest-api-3-jql-autocompletedata-get

I think it will be possible to use JQL Search to retrieve data mentioned above.
