How to determine who created and edited a Release

We would like to be able to audit the release process, including who created and updated Releases.  I cannot find where this information is stored. Suggestions?

Adding to what @Sreenivasaraju P suggests, I believe you need at least site admin permission to see those logs.

Once you have that, please type "Project version" in the search box to only see the version/release changes.
