Hello,
I have to create a big project which contains traditional tasks for example for our marketing team and userstories as part of a sprint for our development team. I have to design a classical project plan with milestones where the sprints will be one part, but I don't want to create an own project for the agile Scrum part.
How I can combine the classical project plan with milestones and the steps for a agile development process?
Thanks everone for your help
With best regards
Thorsten
There are plenty of articles on the web about this subject. Since you mentioned your marketing team, I am wondering if you really mean how to mix product management planning with agile project planning which is really a different question.
Here is one article that should point you in the right direction.
