How to change the order and default priority in Jira Service Desk

Hi,

we use the jira service desk and want to change the order and default priority because get a lot of issues with critical priority.

When trying to change the Default scheme I get an unauthorized error:

Hi Ralph,

As per this documentation the default priority scheme cannot be edited, only associated with projects.

Also, as unfortunate as it is:

"Priority schemes are not available for JIRA Service Desk projects."

As for other project types (Software and Business) check out the documentation I linked.
