How to change reporter automatically when issues are created by sysadmin?

We are using the Tasktop application to sync requirements from Jama into Jira. When new issues are created in Jira, the Reporter is set to be the user that's set up in Tasktop as the "Connector" account.

I would like to automatically update the Reporter in my workflow to a Jira user in our team if the Reporter is "sysadmin". 

I tried to find some post function for "Create" but couldn't find anything.

Hello,

You would need an addon for it like Adaptivist Scriptrunner or Power Scripts. You could develop your own post function on issue create where you would change the reporter according to your needs.
