How to change issue status without giving log work?

Trying to change issue status , but it is asking for log work for every status change. Is there option in Jira to change status without giving log work?

By default, Jira does not ask for work logs, your admins have set up your workflow in a way that demands it.

You'll need to get your admins to remove the required work-logs from the workflow.

Kindly share the process how to remove the work-logs from the workflow

Log in as an admin, go to the project admin area to see what workflow it is using, go into edit the workflow, and remove whatever it is you've set to require the work logs.
