Dear all,
as IT we want to try to automate some basic action (task) from our Jira Service Desk to our AD/ Azure AD.
Example 1: arrive a service request for a new distribution list. The agents supervisor approve the creation and automatically the distribution list is created on our AD.
Example 2: arrive a service request for a new domain user. The agents supervisor approve the creation and automatically the user is created on our AD.
How is possible implement something like this ?
Are there add-on able to help on this implementation ?
