Your question does not make a lot of sense in terms of Jira, I'm not sure what you want from "sub conditions in single workflow", but to answer the title of the question:
Plan out what workflow you want to use for each different sub task type in your project.
For example, if you have "bugs", "tests" and "paperwork" as sub-task types, you should (probably) build three workflows, one for bugs, one for tests and one for paperwork.
Then associate them together in a new workflow scheme, and apply it to the project.
