The completely white background format of the ticket detail view makes it very difficult to read through comment history. The entry head, content and reaction/edit tools all blend together and make it very difficult to quickly scan through the comments.
A very light shading of just the content section would increase readability tremendously. If one or two more color formatting options were available in the cloud settings, this would be fantastic.
