How does one add a field (custom or standard) to the "view" layout of an issue? NOT the Edit or Workflow transition screens. The regular view screen?
Some fields that doesn't have a value are hidden on the Issue Screen until they are set.
Try using the tool: Admin -> Where is my field?
That will let you know why it is not showing on the view and how to add it :)
