How to add TM4J in my JIRA

In our company https://hopixit.atlassian.net/ we are looking for an opportunity for an easy and intuitive test management system.
We are interested in TM4J.
How can it be added, because all our efforts were unsuccessful.

As per this article TM4J is now Zephyr Scale.

The basic installation instructions for that app for JIRA Cloud are here.
