How see the release

Hello, please I want to know if in the free version I can see the option Release, I didn't find it. I dont have the option Publication.

Is there any other way to handle something similar to Release?

Sorry this panel doesn't appear in your version of JIRA, you should be able to see it.

What type have you created the project? Check your configuration
