How to make the customer should be able to edit the details of a issue afterwards in the customer portal? If he wants to add more infos later to the issue.
I know that it is impossible to do this using standard jira tools.
Please advise how you can implement it?
Maybe there are some plugins that can enable the customer to edit existing tasks?

Officially the latest version is not compatible with Jira 7.x. But you can go to the listing, download 3.5.0 https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218221/feature-bundle-for-jira-service-management/version-history and upload the package in UPM in your Jira. I can't guarantee that it works but you can check it.
