How do you add a story to an epic?

I can see how to  create a story and I can see how to create an epic but I cannot figure out how to add the stories into epics.  I see YouTube  videos that show the ability to  drag and drop stories into epics on the backlog page but I cannot figure out how to do this.

Hi @Mark Ciliberti - While adding a story to an Epic seems like a fundamental action we would perform, a lot of folks have had difficulty in the past and have approached this forum for answers.
