How do we Archive the 'Done' issues in a project?

I have a Operational Project setup in a Next-Gen-Kanban board. My 'Done' column is filling up and I want to archive the Done issues. I don't want to lose them, but Archive them once in 10days ( if there is a way we can automate this process, great!) and be able to contain them somewhere for future reference.

I looked at some of the discussions in the group regarding a similar topic, however I do not see Board settings in my project. I am lost at that. If someone can help me with that, it will be helpful.  Once, I click on the 3 dots, I do not see the board settings

@Praneetha Raghava This action wouldn't delete your issues. It was just clean up the issues in the Done column. You can still reference the issues via a filter or you can view the issues in the issue navigator (to enable it -> project settings -> features -> issues navigator) on the project.

Hi @Praneetha Raghava I'm not sure if there is a way to automate it but you can manually clean it up by hitting the 3 dots next to the Done column and select clear done issues. (screenshot below)

Hi @Sramanth pandeti  it works. Thank you.

I don't see the three dots in the Done column, or any other column.

Is that something that needs to be enabled in the project/board settings? Or maybe they changed something in Jira?
