Hi
I want to used PIR within Jira.
I click on the button that says "Create a post-incident review" but when I do that it wants me to create a ticket.
Is that correct?

Yes, a PIR is a type of issue, set up to track the process of going through a post-incident review. The defaults give you a set of fields and a workflow to help you with that process.

Yes. And you can create the ticket with issuetype 'post incident review'.
