How do I use advanced roadmap to auto schedule with the new interface? Edited

I'm trying to use the new interface to advanced roadmap to auto-schedule a release.  It seems to schedule most tasks concurrently, regardless of who the assignee is.

I've got two epics with stories under each epic assigned to different team members (my team is not interchangeable).  With the old interface, I could manually assign tasks and hit "calculate".  This interface seems to ignore the assignee and stacks most of the task on top of each other in time.
