When inviting a user to our workspace it finds the user from the list. When we select the name and invite it says the following:
Uh oh, we couldn't add some Workspace members because…
The following people must reactivate their accounts: (NAME)
I've tried adding the user to a specific board, but that then says she has been blocked. She's not receiving a reactivate email and neither are we. How do we get this resolved asap please?
