I want to restrict access to a group of users from the system dashboard website. This is the webpage I'm trying to restrict. I want the specific group of users to not be able to create issues/tickets via this website (we have a service desk portal set up for them)
What I've tried so far:
I've removed the application access for that specific group (jira-users) from Jira Software. They still have access to JIRA Service Desk so that they can access the service desk portal.
Is there another setting that needs to be changed? I'm still able to login to the dashboard site via the other group's credentials.
HI @Sumit Shrestha ,
If the users are filing tickets via the service desk portal, you can remove them from service desk access as well. They would be added a customer to the service desk project. As a customer, they won't be able to access the Jira Dashboard.
