How do I remove a dead ticket (removed through restore) from the rapid board?

We restored our JIRA from backup after a couple of tickets have been created and added to the Greenhopper Rapid board. After the restore the tickets still appear on the board except it says "Issue Does not Exist" if you click on it. How do I remove these?

Sounds like the index is broken - can you try reindexing your installation?
