How do I install Service Desk?

I'm on /plugins/servlet/applications/versions-licenses but I don't see an option to install Service Desk. It has a message about not showing 4.0.1 because of a bug but the latest version is 4.0.2 and that doesn't show at all. Help!

Which version of Jira are you running? Is it 8.0.1?

If yes, then you should try upgrade your Jira to 8.0.2 then it should be ok and visible button for update of Jira SD.
