How do I get to Roadmaps in 8.20 Data Center??

I have no Roadmap option on any project and see no way to enable the feature in Data Center 8.20.  Other articles suggest enabling it via the More option on the Board, but I have not option. Can someone please provide step-by-step or an explanation of why I have no Roadmap option?

I found the Roadmap view in Jira Data Center version 8.20.  I click Plans from the top menu bar and Create a Plan, which allows me to see a Roadmap.

The roadmap view is only available in Jira Software Cloud. It’s not available in Jira Software Data Center and Server.
