Since it says that "Atlassian no longer offers personal support for Starter Licenses. Read the blog post." (no information behind the link) at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ it is not possible for me to get help from the support for a commercial licence as well.
My account is referenced to a starter license. The commercial license is not referenced with my account but in the past it was possible to enter the SEN when opening a ticket. Why is this not possible anymore?
How can I let Atlassian know about that issue? And how can I get support for the commercial license using my account that is not referenced with the commercial license?

That's the link I have problems with (please see in the description of this post). I can not report technical issues and bugs so I have to open up Billing, Payment and pricing tickets.
