How do I change the order in the workflow dropdown?

Hey,

This may seem picky but I would like to change the order in the workflow dropdown (see attached) so that 'With TSO' is above 'Done'.  Any ideas how I do this?  I would have thought that this would reflect the order in the workflow (also attached) but it doesn't?

I have not been able to get Opsbar-sequence to work with Universal Transitions? Does anyone know how to do this?

Sure, just put the property on the ALL to Status transition. Works great.
