I have purchased the wrong license. How do I change a Server license to a Cloud license? Is the best way to cancel the server license and then purchase a cloud license?
Dear Sir/Madam,
You cannot by yourself refund the license or change it to a cloud license. However you can contact Atlassian Support about that!

If you have bought the server license within the last 30 days, then Atlassian is able to refund the license. After that, you can buy the correct license for cloud.
You can also ask Atlassian if they can change the license type, but I do not think that is a possibility.
