How do I add further fields on my current Jira issue?

I need to add new fields on my current Jira issue pages. 
How do I do it?

You will need your administrators to add the new fields!

Hi Giovanni - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

If it is a field that does not exist already, you can add a Custom Field in the Jira Settings if you are an administrator.

If the field already exists and you just need to add it to the current screen, then you modify the screen to add the field. 

Are you using Cloud or Server? And New Jira Issue View or Old Jira Issue View?
