How do I add Zendesk ticket and Notify Zendesk to JIRA Agile issue detail view?

Hi,

The classic Jira issue view has a great Zendesk view that shows the linked Zendesk ticket number and summary details. It also has a great "Notify Zendesk" button that allows the user to place a comment on the Zendesk ticket from inside JIRA.

We are using JIRA Agile. Can I add that Zendesk functionality to the Issue Detail View that shows up on the right hand side of my agile board?

Hi Barbara,

I'm afraid that's not possible. I have created an improvement regarding this request being tracked at: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-11868

This could also be implemented in the Zendesk plugin for JIRA, I have requested that feature on the Zendesk forums.
