How can we stop customers from creating tickets by emailing jira?

We have moved to the cloud recently and we have had a couple of instances where non-service desk customers have emailed Jira which creates a ticket. How can we disable this functionality so that customers have to be permitted to create tickets?

2024-04-02_07h19_37.pngAfter additional research I found the answer. This setting in Project Settings>Customer Permissions was not restricted. To only allow invited customers to submit tickets this needs to be set to "restricted."
