How can we modify these changes

  1. Add client filter option in the Deferred Revenue Dashboard: We currently lack a client filter option in the dashboard, which makes it difficult to view tickets based on the respective client. Adding a client filter will allow us to display all tickets based on the client field.
  2. Modification of filter formula in the Kanban Board: Currently, the filter formula reflects tickets based on ticket description or subject line. We need to modify this to reflect tickets based on client field selection, ensuring that we obtain the exact tickets for respective clients.
  3. Implementation of the  tentative deadline option in the Deferred Revenue Dashboard.

1. To be clear are you referring to a Dashboard that you access through the Dashboard menu? If so, Jira does not support adding filtering options to dashboard gadgets. There are third party apps that can add that functionality. Here is a search from the Atlassian Marketplace to help you find those.

If you are not accessing the item through the Dashboard menu, how are you accessing it?

2. You can modify the filter for a board if you have Edit permissions for it. Go to Configure Board > General. You will see an Edit Filter link. Click that. Modify the filter. If you have the necessary permissions you will see a Save button (not Save As) next to the filter name. If you can click the Save button you will have saved the filter changes and those will take effect in the board.

3. Please provide more information on this item. Are you trying to make another issue field visible on the Dashboard? Are you trying to add a new field to the issues?
