How can i add custom field for test case columns ?

Hi, I want to add one custom field to the test case(s).

I have a requirement like I want to add some pre-requisite description for every test case that is being added to particular test JIRA.

Can anyone please help me how can I add one custom column(s) for the test step other than what is already provided by Zephyr (i.e. Test Step, Test Data, Expected Result, Attachment, some custom field)?
