How can Jira Service Management be HIPPA compliant?

We are a team of 6 agents and I would like the Jira Service Management to be HIPPA compliant. How can I do that? How much does it cost?

Based on those documents neither Jira Service Management in Cloud nor Data Center is not currently considered HIPAA compliant.
