How can I add a new license key to my current JIRA board?

I have a new 90 day license key but dont know how to set it up on my JIRA Admin site. The guides on the support doc say go to system admin then click on Licenses but I cant find the license area within sytem admin

It depends on the version of jira, but it usually can be found at:

Administration > Applications > Versions & Licenses and there you have the links to paste the licenses in each application:
