How I can get Green hopper to work, or no that its properly working?

We have an onDemand trial liscence with green hopper, gliffy and confleunce.

I can use confluence and gliffy, but not green hopper, I tried to read some help, went from the project dashboard to my atlassian generated a liscence and still nothing.

You're support is greatly appreciated

I had to activate the GreenHopper From my Jira adminstration. That's all

Hey Alex, are you able to see the "Agile" tab? Also, check if the GreenHopper plugin is enabled.
