How I can assign hours in a Sub-Task for a history?

I am trying find where I can assign hours in a sub-task for  a History, please your help. Maybe this is very simple.

Click "log work".  You need to have the project permissions set up to allow you to do that, so if you can't see it in the menu, check the permission scheme for the project.
