I switched over to a next-gen kanban board a few months ago and all of the done items persist in the done column. The documentation says that done items should disappear after 14 days. This doesn't appear to be happening. Is there any way to do this manually?
If it matters, this project was migrated over from a classic jira project.
There is no way to do this. How old are the issues? If indeed they have been in the DONe status for more than 14d and still shown then contact Atlassian Support.
