We have service desk project.my qution is Particular role people should be able to write only external comments? They should not be write internal comments. I have tried different ways but it's not working properly, please can any one help me on this request. ( If we remove browse permission they no longer to see the issues, and if I remove those role on add comments, that thing also not work, we need to hide internel comments option, I have a idea how to hide share with customer option but i don't know how to hide internel comment option)
