Help with timeouts on Kanban board due to volume of closed tasks

Hello 

We are experiencing an issue with our kanban board being slow to load / timing out due to the sheer volume of completed tasks in the done column (1,949!) 

We have tried to release these tasks by adding them to a fix version, however this times out too.  We also tried batching the releases by project, however we get an error "NOTE: You do not have permission to edit the selected 50 issues or at least one issue has a status that forbids editing."

Can anyone help?

you can put some JQL in the Kanban board sub-filter

resolution = Unresolved OR resolved >= -14d
