Having Issues with the ServiceNow Connector for Jira

Hello, my team is looking to test out the ServiceNow Connector for Jira and hitting snags trying to add field mappings. Any attempts to find a project in the first field just spins and spins and never finds it despite there only being 3 projects in this Sandbox environment. We've tried both company-managed and team-managed projects, the team-managed one I had permissions set to open in case it was a permissions issue but no change. Any ideas on what could be causing the issue? The response is the same before and after configuring the ServiceNow connection.

Hi, have you checked if the integration user is correct?? 

The value for this field must be user id for Jira.
