Greenhopper installation error

Hi, all!

Greenhopper(trial version) installation crashes with this error in log:

/secure/QuickCreateIssue.jspa [greenhopper.customfield.rank.RankIssueEventListener] Rank index was requested before the plugin was upgraded fully

com.atlassian.greenhopper.service.rank.RankException: Rank index was requested before the plugin was upgraded fully

at com.atlassian.greenhopper.service.rank.RankIndexServiceImpl$RankIndexSupplier.get(RankIndexServiceImpl.java:407)

Our Jira server hasn't connection with Internet, so we install GreenHopper plugin as jar in offline mode.

Maybe the reason is plugin's impossibility connect to the MarketPlace for upgrading or smth else. Thank you.
