We upgraded to version 6.1.4 of greenhopper (JIRA 5.0.6), and now we are encountering the error belowj, when accessing the plan view of a rapid board ...

We disabled all plugins, but the error is still showing

Any clue why this would show ?

I believe this is due to a conflict in inclusion of different versions of Underscore.js by Greenhopper on the one hand, and Tempo on the other. This affects only JIRA versions 5.0 - 5.1.

Tempo will shortly be releasing a bug fix version addressing this problem. In the meantime you can download a snapshot version from here: http://www.tempoplugin.com/file/page/downloads/snapshot/tempo-plugin-7.5.2.2-SNAPSHOT.obr

We apologize for the inconvenience!

Hi Francis,

This normally occured because the JavaScript encountered a problem. Known root causes could be:

  • user installed plugin caused JavaScript to break . You might want to try disabling other user installed plugin and check if it is still persist
  • additional JavaScript in the JIRA instance . Eg: Announcement Banner etc
  • browsers. you might want check for add-ons and check if the same error thrown with different internet browser. From here we can narrow down if it's has some problem only with certain browser . You might want to try incognito mode as well
