[Greenhopper 5.7.4] drag & drop ranking not set

Deleted user January 10, 2013

I was able to change the ranking of my issue for month.

And since 2 weeks, I can't modify ranking.

I drag & drop my issue in greenhopper UI. The ranking there is OK but if I refresh my page i've got my old ranking.

I try to optimize the rank => No change

I try to filter my context => No change.

For information I've got +4000 issues in my project.

Someone can help me ?

Also can you get your GreenHopper upgraded? If you are using Global Ranking (from Labs) it was a bit unstable during that time.

I can't because we use jira 4.4.1 in production environnement

Can you check if your current user has permissions for Schedule Issue ? If you don't have permissions to Schedule Issues (which links to the greenhopper ranking permission) then your ranking changes will not persist.
