Sebastien Falardeau February 19, 2013

Since yesterday, GreenHopper is not displaying certain issue types in Plan and Report view. Those issues appears correctly in the filter directly.

The following error message appears:

As from https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/139673/bug-story-and-epic-issue-types-are-not-part-of-standardissuetypes-function-results:

There is a bug with the standardIssueTypes() functionality, where if using Issue Types that are an integer they can conflict with the ID of existing Issue Types. This will subsequently cause the JQL function to return improper results.

I raised a bug for this under https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-31811.

Hi Sebastien,

When you mentioned that the issues with the missing issue types appears in the filter, may I know if you are referring to the board JQL filter? If this is the case, then there shouldn't be any problem for the board to display the issues with the 'missing' issue types.

Anyway, my initial suspicion is that perhaps this may happen because the board quick filter is enabled. Can you kindly check this, and see if it helps?

Thanks.
