GreenHopper related issue

Hi,

We are getting a problem after uploading the plugin in Jira. It is showing the message:"GreenHopper is currently unavailable. This might be because an upgrade task has failed to run or has not not yet completed."

Please contact your system administrator if you continue to see this message.

The are couple of reason with the behaviour, such as:

  • You are installing GreenHopper 6.2 on JIRA 5.0.x and lower
  • Some GreenHopper upgrade task are failing
  • You are downgrading GreenHopper
  • There are issues with the license

It sometimes best to raise a support ticket in support.atlassian.com regarding the error and provide the Support ZIP as well.
