Got internal server error when i click Assignee and start type username

At user management i can not found user with name 'Наталья'

Please help me with this.

Hi Zina,

Sorry to hear you are having this problem.  This behavior is a known bug in Jira 7.2.0 through 7.2.5 versions.   This bug is documented in JRASERVER-63109.  This is fixed in Jira 7.2.6 and higher versions.

In this case, I would actually recommend upgrading Jira to a newer version to resolve this problem.  There technically is a work-around listed on that bug page, but I find this work-around is potentially a lot more work than upgrading Jira is.
