Getting Tempo Hours using Script Runner

Hi Team,

Can we get Tempo rollup hours at MBI level, i don't see example for JIRA Cloud.

Could you please help me to achive, i want to show all the hours reported under MBI/EPIC and issues at MBI level.

I am sorry, If you wish to get hours from TEMPO, I would advise you to get in touch with the TEMPO support on how to do this as we do not know how the third party plugin works.

As for ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud's end, you may kindly refer to our documentation here on how to call external applications from within ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud.

Also, can you kindly provide me more information on the requirement that you are trying to achieve. So that we are able to understand your requirment better and advise you accordingly?

I am able to get hours from tempo using Scriptrunner. But i want to create a report which will show the roll-up hours at parent level.
