I have a Scrum Agile board.
Are there any ways to find out who and when added / removed issues from inactive / planning sprint??? since multiple users are allowed to do drag and drop issues to inactive / planning sprint, and we want to monitor that

I think this is impossible, because there is no Sprint ID Before Sprint start
