Find all the Issue Filters and Dashboards that that project Roles have access to

Hi Jira Experts/Admins/ Users,

    IS it possible to Find all the Filters and Dashboards that that project Roles have access to .

Also while deleting the Project Roles - if they are shared with other Filters and Dashboards .. Will it cause any issues later (Other than users not able to see boards /Filters).

How do you make sure that the Project role is not a part of any Workflow conditions..

Depends on how many filters you've got. Manually you can go into each filter and look under "Edit Permissions" to check who has access to the filter.

Same with workflow, you'd have to manually check.

There could be an add-on that can simply this process.

Thank you Victor. That is what i am concerned about ,but what if your company has lots of filters. And also going through each work flow is time consuming!!
