Some of my Jira users are able to create tickets yesterday without any issues and now some of them are not seeing some of the fields in the create screen.
They need to go to show fields and select all the necessary fields. why is it happening and how to fix it.

I am not completely following you. Are you saying that on the Create screen the user clicks on All fields or selects some fields. And then next time they come back in the fields are not still selected?
