Updating Jira Server to v8.20 broke access for us to Jira's External System Import and CSV bulk import. When we attempt these operations, we get an XSRF token error message.
We are working this separately, but are blocked and need some kind of workaround for many tasks. I looked on Atlassian Marketplace for some kind of super-tool replacement for External System Import but do not see any obvious alternatives. Is anyone aware of one?
Otherwise, we have ScriptRunner... but I'm not sure how I would use it to import a moderately complex collection of tickets.
Open to wild ideas. Always.
