what is the Issue id in the csv ?
we use JIRA 7.3 and Zephyr for JIRA 3.3. after the upgrade to 7.3, when i export to CSV for a "test"- its not showing the test steps. We use to use the export to excel to review test cases and approve them.
how can i resolve this ?

With the Better Excel Plugin, you can export test steps (along with any issue fields) to Excel files!

That is the reverse direction (Excel -> Zephyr), while Better Excel is an exporter (Zephyr -> Excel). So, not supported, sorry.

Thanks for your interest in Zephyr.
Export option is a Jira functionality and Zephyr has no hand over it. There's already few bugs raised into their ecosystem related to this.

It may be useful to know that the PDF View Plugin can create exports from Zephyr test steps (plus execution, step results, etc.).
